Elytron

Description

He was nobody special. Then the armour chose him.

Zul lives in a single room above a cafe in Efva, the enclave of fragrant vines beside the Grand Waterfalls. He has lost more jobs than he can count, keeps meaning to visit his mother and has never once looked up at the sky over Morg and wondered who was watching.

Then a patch of stars goes dark above the falls, and soon something has fused itself to him: a living suit of bronze armour, coded for him alone, that forms around him whether he wants it to or not.

Hunted by the troopers of the all-seeing Tylok, Zul is swept into an underground resistance of misfits and mechanics led by the steel-armed Amro and the fearless Aska. And Tylok is about to unveil a weapon that could bring the whole Gyges Cluster to its knees.

A fast, funny and heartfelt space adventure about an ordinary man, an extraordinary suit and the courage it takes to finally knock on the door.
