Description
Deep in the bowels of Extol Industries a genetic research establishment, a brilliant scientist creates a genetically enhanced humanoid which he had endowed with incredible strength and the ability to contol electronics devices. His creation escapes and unwittingly commits murder. The police, a secret government agency called Obsidian and two activists who are accidently caught up in a death, are racing to track him down before he can do more harm. However, not everyones motives are the same.
