Description
After taking part in the World Seagull Stunt Flying Competition and all of the experiences that went with it, Alf decides that it is time for him to spread his wings and fly away on his travels. He waves goodbye to his friends in England and decides to make the long journey south to Madeira to find his friend Sofia.
Alf makes new friends along the way, stopping off for a well earned rest on the west coast of France and a tiny fishing village in Portugal before he reaches his destination of Funchal, the capital of Madeira.
Whilst hitching a ride on a cruise ship, Alf does not realise that he has encountered a fearsome new enemy, until he meets him again on Madeira Island!
An adventure full of travel, making new friends and standing up to the bullies. Will the good birds win the battle against the bad?
