Description

Birds gather to mourn the phoenix and the turtledove in William Shakespeare’s elegy. The poem explores love and union, the mystery of separate identities, and the loss of beauty and truth. This bilingual edition brings together the complete English poem and its Arabic translation, from the funeral summons to the closing lament.
