This work is a combination of related topics with a focus on the modern phenomenon of charitable organizations collecting Zakat and distributing it through modern secular channels. The original fatwa was published in English by his students, compiled through summarizing translations and elaborations by Sheikh Omar Bakri Muhammad in lectures delivered in the UK between the years 1996-2002CE.
