Shafira Valcarnos became a spy to avoid her status as the incarnation of the fire elf goddess and ward off her High Councillor father’s ridiculous demands. However, even after achieving the rank of spymaster to Tere’merea’s High Council, she never expected to be tasked with following one of the most notorious assassins in Eludevia.
Verucan Darcovien has arrived from the Depths and it’s up to her to determine if his business on the surface is nefarious or if he can be turned to the High Council’s side. Spying on the dark elf might just be the most dangerous mission she has ever undertaken, but he isn’t the only threat the surface faces.
Elves have started dying from a mysterious ailment, and it falls to Shafira to find the source of these deaths and put a stop to it before Tere’merea succumbs.
