forWORDS Anthology

The work contained within this volume has been written by members of forWORDS, a name adopted many years ago by a group of Forres writers. The group, forWORDS, continues to nurture, support and encourage writers. It currently has eighteen members.

We wished to produce a book that would resonate wth local readers, so our submission requirements reflected this. Contributors were asked to submit writing, in any genre, but with subject matter and topics that have a local or regional connecton. In this book you may find poems, stories and factual articles which feature locations in Forres, within the local area or the wider Highland area. You may also find the odd piece of writing, people never follow instructions, which has no connecton to Forres at all, but was too good to leave out.
