The book is filled with a good variety of puzzles- mazes, mathematical puzzles, spot the difference, word scrambles, and more. I’ve really enjoyed sitting down with it when I feel my mind racing, because no matter my mood, there’s something that will help me to distract myself from the stressors at hand.
