Description
One hundred murders. Everyone has an alibi. One of them is a lie.
Somebody has been murdered at the baking contest, and it turns out that nobody was there. Everyone you ask was somewhere else at the time and can tell you exactly where. They say much the same at the bingo hall, the lifeboat station, the hat shop and the ocean liner: small places where everybody knows everybody, and somebody is not telling the truth.
Inside:
- 100 cozy murder cases, one page each, every one self-contained
- 100 different killers and 700 suspects, with no suspect named twice
- 4 grids and a list of 28 words in every case, running forwards and backwards, up and down, and diagonally
- A false alibi to catch in every case
- The second of four difficulty levels, with a worked example at the front
- Full solutions at the back
- A4 paperback, 134 pages, with a full page to every case and print sized to be read
Each case opens with a few lines on who has died, then gives you a word search grid for each place it might have happened. The suspects, the evidence, the motives and the alibis are hidden in them, all except one alibi. Note where each word turns up and the stories start to sort themselves out: who did it, what with, why and where, and which alibi was never true, with space on the page to write it all down.
A cozy murder mystery word search puzzle book for adults.
Everybody has a story. Grab your copy and find the one that isn’t true.
