It’s then she finds out the mistress of the tower is the one who put her on the streets in the first place.
Sheyna is special and destined to be a magic wielder. She is taken into the White Tower and trained as an apprentice by the master wielder and headmistress, Enowene.
She is happy to finally have a place where she feels she belongs.
But something is not quite right. Sheyna constantly feels like she is being watched, her roommate hates her, and a mysterious shadow hides in the darkness just outside her window.
