Description
The great nineteenth-century collection of Portuguese popular music — songs, serenades, chulas, dances, descantes, patriotic and religious songs — collected and arranged for voice and piano by César das Neves, with the poetic part edited by Gualdino de Campos and a preface by Teófilo Braga (Porto, 1893-1898). This is volume II of the three-volume work. This is a faithful print-on-demand facsimile of the 1893-1898 edition, reproduced in full from a library copy. The historical text is reproduced without modification; only the format, margins and legibility have been reset for modern printing.
