Child of Light

Description

Their child was never meant to survive.

Nahum and Olivia are weeks from their daughter’s birth when the dreams begin — vivid, insistent, pulling Olivia somewhere ancient and burning. A voice moves through them, urgent and encouraging. Is it the child she’s carrying? Or something else, wearing her daughter’s shape to be heard?

Barak has his own discovery, and it changes everything: their children are dying because they were cursed. An angel, millennia ago, doomed the bloodline of the Fallen’s army, so that child after child was taken before they could grow old enough to fight.

Nahum and Olivia’s daughter is only the latest name on a list.

The hunt for a way to break the curse leads to Elba and the House of Belial, and closer to home, to the emerald cave where Hermes Trismegistus recorded secrets—for those who know how to look. And there may be help closer than expected: Niel is already chasing down an occult object for JD that could hold a clue they weren’t anticipating. Unfortunately, other hunters want it too.

With Moonfell’s support and the dreams growing sharper, the team race to translate a message no one can fully read, before a curse older than memory claims one more name.

Time is the one thing they don’t have.

If you love prophetic dreams, ancient curses, and a family fighting to outrun fate, this exhilarating novella delivers the White Haven Hunters conclusion readers have been waiting for.
