Teddy is a good-natured, humorous, caring, character who can be mischievous and creative. He lives in Teddy’s Magical Town with Mummy and Daddy Bear. Using a pile of rubbish (string, wire, tin cans, etc) Teddy magics a multi-coloured Buggy in which he drives his friends to magic land. They include a very lonely newcomer, Mr. Hedgehog Bumbledrop whom they wish to make friends with.
