Miyu begins summer vacation hoping for a peaceful season spent alone sketching the quiet beauty of her small town, but her plans change when she unexpectedly meets Hikaru, a shy yet intriguing new neighbor with striking amber eyes. Their chance encounter beneath a canopy of maple trees sparks an immediate connection, and as they spend time exploring the town together, Miyu finds herself opening up in ways she never expected. The next day, while drawing beneath blooming cherry blossoms, she reunites with Hikaru, who playfully rescues—and then temporarily “steals”—her sketchbook after a gust of wind nearly carries it away. Using the notebook as a lighthearted excuse, he persuades her to show him her favorite hidden places around town, and Miyu eagerly agrees.
