Wounds into wisdom is a collection of short pieces compiled over the years which speak about the struggles the write has faced and continues to face in her daily life. The writings are a journal which not only highlights the struggles of daily life but also guidance as to how one can overcome hurdles placed in their path and use those challenges to grow in all aspects.Each piece brings with it a different element. It encompasses pain, love, joy, betrayal, fear, empowerment and strength. It explains how we are so affected by the things we go through be it good or bad, and how that can be used as a stepping stone in the process of growth and healing.
