‘When the Rain Came Down’ gently introduces the feeling of sadness through the story of Cleo the cloud. When you are a cloud in the sky, feeling sad can get pretty tricky.. Just one less than happy thought and Drip Drip Drop!.. But with her friend Sol and, of course, our mascot Rags, Cleo learns that a bit of rain is okay, and that the sun always shines again.
