Description
A funny, richly illustrated story about a ‘barky’ sausage dog called Max and a quick tempered bald eagle called Archie, who are left together in a house when their owners go to lunch. Max finds a way to let Archie out and the two go flying as Max’s jacket has a carry handle on it. They fly over Kathmandu and get up to some adventures before being spotted and chased home by the police.
The story brings together two oddly matched characters; Max is very talkative but challenged by his height and Archie is challenged by his own fearsome looks. The two strike a lasting friendship of trust and understanding.
