The Warrior
The Alchemist

When Élan loses control of her magic and burns her village alive, her mother is exiled in her place.
Years later, trapped in captivity and forced to use the power she fears, Élan learns her mother has been sent to the Northlands, now overrun by Scourge, a rot that infects the land and devours the living.
To reach her, Élan must join forces with an unlikely cast of misfits, each with their own dark pasts. But guilt is a powerful thing and Scourge might be more a part of Élan than she thought.
Caught in a battle of her own making, Élan must accept that freedom has many faces and sometimes, letting go is the only option.
