Description
As Lydia looks around at all the othe bright, spotty ladybirds in the garden, she begins to worry that something is wrong with her. Feeling embarrassed and out of place, she sets off on a journey to try to fix the problem. Lydia searches for a way to make herself look like the other ladybirds.
Feeling defeated, as her efforts fail, Lydia stops to lay her eggs. When they eventually become a wonderful loveliness, she realises that being different might not be such a bad thing after all.
