Written in an in-world voice, it blends lore, humor, mystery, faith, and adventure into a collection of records and observations from a world both familiar and wonderfully strange.
Inside are dwarves and pixies, forgotten histories, dangerous relics, unusual customs, unlikely heroes, questionable decisions, and more than a few characters perfectly willing to argue with the person supposedly writing all of this down.
Rather than following a single conventional story, Krodia: A Curious Guide invites readers to wander through a living fantasy world piece by piece — discovering its kingdoms, traditions, mysteries, legends, and occasional absurdities along the way.
For its first year of release, this edition is planned exclusively for the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. This limited regional launch is a deliberate part of AdvenLore Press’s introduction of Krodia to the places that helped inspire many of its names, histories, legends, and traditions.
It’s a fun, wacky, and strange new world sitting inside a book that refuses to do as it’s told.
The author personally recommends reading, roasting, or arguing with the book when it’s raining outside — preferably with a quiet tin of biscuits nearby.
