Everglades Now: The Poetics of Peacebuilding (Vol.2)

Description

These volumes carry the poetics of peacebuilding from the record of an undocumented student striving to uphold their humanity in the greater Everglades region of South Florida. There is the tension between despair at society’s injustices and a bold hope for education reform based on an Earthwide humanism. There is the voice of philosophy finding its rhythm, the broadening scope of one’s love for one’s home.
