Practicing Meditation Through Exploring the Depths of Dhyana
Dhyana, often referred to as meditation, is a profound practice that transcends mere relaxation techniques. The term Dhyana itself is derived from the Sanskrit root dhyai, meaning to contemplate or meditate.
