Description
In the sequel to Queen of the Veil, Princess Angelica, daughter of Queen Tullinatia, has discovered something about herself that she doesn’t understand. Being of mixed blood, half human, half Elven, she has latent Mage power. Power that she does not know how to use and worse, control.
A danger to herself and those around her she is shipped off to the Academy at Toltoch to learn to manage her abilities. Which she seems to do with little effort. Until her disdain of her human side leads her to search for more information that could help her hide that part of herself. Her search leads her to a journal that unlocks more of her power and causes more trouble than could have been imagined. Now a serious threat to the world of Rockeria (whispered comparisons to the evil Witch, Andronisana), Angelica is sent through the Gateway to the human world.
No one thought for a moment that she would find worse trouble there. Her mother’s nemisis, Andronisana turns up in the same place that Angelica and Clemmy decide to stay and the Witch has a plan. Angelica has arrived at the opportune time to help the cast away Mage with her desire to return and take over Rockeria once more.
