Description
Book Zero is where Wayward Milne opens the door.
Built around questions from Colin and answers from Wayward Milne, it moves through childhood, family, work, friendships, grief, food, ridiculous books, serious games and the strange collection of ideas that eventually became the Wayward world.
This is not a neat autobiography. It is memory filtered through humour, self-doubt, fragments and a head that refuses to organise itself properly.
Sometimes reflective, sometimes ridiculous and occasionally uncomfortable, Book Zero is less a life story in chronological order than an introduction to the person, experiences and thinking behind Wayward Milne.
The truth, probably, but not necessarily in order.
