D.L. Ballard is a mother, survivor, and faith driven voice of resilience whose journey from trauma to triumph has inspired countless others to believe in God’s power to heal. Born and raised in Chicago’s Stateway Gardens, she endured a childhood of hardship that would later shape her passion for helping others overcome their own battles. A college graduate and advocate for healing, she continues to use her voice to inspire others to rise from pain and live in purpose.
D.L. Ballard is also the founder of Healing Through Purpose Studio, a platform created to inspire growth, self-discovery, and transformation through journals, creative expression, God’s word, and meaningful affirmations.
