Our Afghan friends, Ahmad and Mariyam, take you on a journey to show all of their favorite places in Afghanistan. They have a beautiful community with many colorful places. We just need someone to color it all in!

Books Unbound designs coloring books to represent the refugees’ home countries to give them a sense of familiarity and representation. The scenes were developed with the help of our Afghan team, aiding in cultural and language preservation.

This book includes 13 fully contextualized scenes (26 pages) of life in the Afghan community, with written descriptions in Pashto, Dari, and English.
