In 1977, crimes against humanity committed by the United States government were exposed to the world in Congressional hearings and broadcast on international television to the far corners of the globe.

These crimes were disgusting in nature and terrible in scope; these crimes were committed against the government’s own citizens and included rape, torture and worse in the development of brain manipulation techniques which were then used to commit even more atrocities by manipulating the psyches of its own population – as well as other populations all around the world.

The name of the government program under which these crimes were committed was MK Ultra, but it is now more widely known as ‘Monarch,’ and its evil has spread to countless countries all over the world.

Here is a firsthand account of these crimes – which continue even today – from a disabled combat veteran who tried to expose the United States government for yet another crime that they committed and suffered these atrocities as a result.
