Seven stages, from first idea to finished draft. Each does one job, each depends on the one before it, and each ends at a gate you must pass before going on – so you always know what you have settled, what you have not, and what changing your mind will cost.
It will not make writing easy, and it cannot promise you will finish. No book can. What it removes is a common reason drafts stall: writing on while the structural decisions are still open.
