Luigi Rondanini is a transformation advisor and publisher with over 25 years of experience across trading floors and organizational leadership roles in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He is the founder of Rondanini Publishing® Ltd, where he writes on treasury transformation, agile decision-making, and organizational design for what he calls “the post-project world.” His central thesis — that organizations pay a steep, often invisible price for coordination they no longer need — runs through his books, including The Coordination Capital Doctrine and the EMIR Reporting Handbook.
