Reckless Impulse

Description

Cinnamon roll bad guys, fake husbands, tropical destinations, and a shapeshifter with no impulse control.

You never know the shape revenge will take. But I do.

Prison is a blast. I get three meals a day, a warm bed, and a state of the art gym. The guard’s hip hugging uniforms don’t hurt either. I say good riddance to it all when I’m offered a chance to take this show on the road. Heroes aren’t getting the job done, so they’re recruiting villains with rugged good looks. But you blow up one ice cream truck, and suddenly they assign you a handler.

To stay a free man, I need to stop a psycho from murdering half the city. That means going undercover at a couple’s resort with my fake husband. Unfortunately, my better half prefers itineraries and I like to wing it. If I can survive a week without my cell phone, an overly enthusiastic yoga instructor, and my spouse complaining about love languages, maybe we stand a chance… for the mission I mean.

I can be anyone. Any face. Any body. I’ve spent my whole life pretending to be somebody I’m not. Nobody’s ever wanted the man underneath. How long before I admit I have a crush on my overbearing husband? The lines have begun to blur.

These heroes aren’t what they seem, but neither am I.

Reckless Impulse is a M/M, dark snarky romance with an HEA and no cliffhangers. This book contains shapeshifting villains, fake dating, steamy tropical romps, and a bad boy who finally gets loved for his softest self.
