Description
‘One day, we will be free. And you will be mine.’
I belong to him. I have done since I was ten years old. He takes care of me, plans every aspect of my day, never lets me out the house and into danger.
I should be grateful.
Then the stranger appears, and I start feeling things I never have before. Every time he sneaks into my room under the darkness, I crave to know who the man behind the shadows is.
And then he has me questioning everything I thought I knew and longing to see the face I used to recognise as my own.
The stranger promises me things he has no place promising: freedom, life, hope.
But he’ll never let me go.
I belong to him.
