This book accompanies an interactive story trail set in Close Park, Radcliffe that aims to bring inspiration and connection with the natural environment around us. The trail promotes use of public transport, exercise, mindfulness and opens the participant to artistic and creative endeavours of their very own. Though a visit to the trail is reccommended, this book can be used on its own.
