I wrote Maristara out of an idea and nothing to do, a night sat in front of a screen. At first i just build a world and wanted to see how far it would go, what started with a few nights bored ended in a 500 Page Diary of Characters, City, Cultures & Weirdly a full breakdown of Cost of Living and Taxation of Items Sold.
