Mark P. Smith is the author of the Theo Newton Trilogy; Book one Theo Newton Destiny, a superhero origin story was released in July 2024. The highly anticipated second book Theo Newton Deception, was released in May 2025 with the final book Theo Newton The Monad Theogony released in May 2026.Mark has also released a children's book - Santa Claus and the mystery of the Aurora. His is also working on a satirical post apocolyptic thriller series.Mark studied Geography with Applied Environmental Science at York St. John in the mid 1990s.He resides on the picturesque coast of North East England with his family and their beloved Labrador, Luna.When he is not writing or updating his whisky website (Backforthewhisky.com) Mark enjoys running and has participated in numerous half and full marathons, including the prestigious London Marathon, as well as several ultra-marathons including the Ultra Trail Atlas Toubkal.
