Iain Ralston is a Scottish author of epic dark fantasy, writing grim, morally grey character-driven stories of ancient prophecies, broken kingdoms and people forced to choose between survival and honour.His novels are set in Azangrail, a vast and unforgiving world shaped by forgotten gods, dangerous magic and wars that refuse to remain buried. His debut novel, Relic Reborn, is the first book in The Prophecy Series.When he is not writing, Iain can usually be found expanding the histories, cultures and conflicts of Azangrail, or wondering how much worse he can make things for his characters.
