Dark Holme Publishing was created for horror writers and readers who like their stories unsettling, original and a little difficult to shake off.

We publish dark fiction from both new and established voices, with a particular interest in writers who may not always fit neatly into the boxes traditional publishing expects.

What started as a love of horror has grown into books, anthologies, Dark Descent magazine and a community of writers and readers who genuinely enjoy discovering something different.

At Dark Holme, we believe a good horror story should stay with you long after you’ve finished reading.
