Revelation Today

Description

As Jesus left the earth following his resurrection from the dead there was the promise that he would return.  Angels gave the word,

‘This same Jesus, who was taken up into heaven, will so come in like manner as you see him go into heaven.’ (Acts 1:11 NKJ)

Later, Jesus passed on a final message, the book of Revelation, which indicates that he will return to intervene when humankind is in turmoil and together with those who have faithfully waited will bring peace, order, and restoration.

Jesus said, ‘Surely I am coming quickly.’

Our prayer is, with the Apostle John, ‘  Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!’
