Description

Make blood pressure tracking simpler with a large print log book designed for easy reading and comfortable writing. Clear 19–22 point type on spacious 8.5 x 11 inch pages helps make headings and entries easier to read, including for readers with impaired vision. The spiral binding allows the book to lie flat, so the spine won’t get in the way as you write.

Inside you’ll find:

Blood Pressure Log: Record the date, time, systolic (top number) and diastolic (bottom number) readings, and heart rate. Use the notes column beside each entry to record important information.
Doctor Visits Log: Keep a record of each visit’s date, doctor and purpose. Write down your questions before the appointment, and use the dedicated space for symptoms, notes and test results.

This log book is suitable for seniors, anyone monitoring their blood pressure at home, and family members or caregivers who assist with daily health checks. Keeping readings together makes it easier to share your records with your doctor. It also makes a thoughtful gift for a parent, grandparent or friend.
