Armenian Signature Book. Special Edition. Arusi

ARUSI is an intimate, richly illustrated portrait of an Armenian artist and the life behind her work. Drawn from her own memories and reflections, the book follows her path, her temperament, and the private world from which her art emerges.

Her most important and compelling works appear throughout the volume alongside photographs from a portrait session created especially for this edition. The paintings and photographs do not sit apart. They answer one another. A face leads to a canvas; a color recalls a place; a photograph catches something the spoken story leaves unfinished.

It is the story of a woman who has learned to see life in her own way – through faces, flowers, silence, memory, and color. Page by page, Arusi’s character comes into view: instinctive, vulnerable, restless, and free. The book brings together her life and her art, allowing the full sweep of her imagination to unfold.
