Ghost Pirates

Description

The dead have returned—and they’ve taken what she loves most.

Atlantis was meant to be a sanctuary. For seven years, Cordelia has fought to keep it that way, shielding her people from war, radiation, and the dark prophecies written in The Mermaid Chronicles. But when a dying orca clan brings snow to the tropical island and whispers of ghost pirates rise from the deep, she realizes peace was only an illusion.

Then Gal, her seven-year-old son and heir to the Atlantean throne, is kidnapped.

As civil unrest erupts between merfolk, selachii, and humans—and more children vanish—Cordelia must locate the six elemental orbs hidden across Atlantis, the only magic powerful enough to defeat the rising threat.

But the ghost pirates aren’t her only enemies. With The Mermaid Chronicles no longer offering guidance, Cordelia is forced to fight blind, hurtling toward a terrifying reckoning. To save her son, she must confront her darkest fears—and an ancient evil that refuses to stay buried.

Will her fire be enough to outshine the shadows of the sea… or will the past drag her under, leaving Atlantis to drown in darkness once more?
