Description
Muireann loves the still waters of Pollacappul, beneath the mountains of Connemara. But when the wind rises and the lake grows restless, her thoughts begin to race.
Then a beautiful white horse appears in the spray.
As Muireann watches and listens, she begins to notice more than the worries in her head: the wind, the water and a quieter, steadier voice within herself.
Steady with the White Horse of Pollacappul brings an Irish legend to life through richly illustrated landscapes and a gentle story about courage, curiosity and finding calm. A book to share aloud, it invites children and grown-ups to pause and explore the wonder of Connemara together.
