Frank Zappa asked-“Does humour belong in music?”Freddie Allen asked the same question of philosophy, mutatis mutandis.Freddie was inspired by the humour of the Taoist sage Chuang Tzu and recognised the merit of a fragmented approach to philosophy (when reading a little bit of Wittgenstein’s “Philosophical Investigations”).
