Kneecap On Trial

£20.00

In 2025, Hip-Hop artist Mo Chara (Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh) from the group Kneecap was brought to trial by the British government, accused of terrorism.

Over the course of three days, photographer Thomas O’Mahony documented the public response to the legal case against Mo Chara outside of courthouses all over London over the course of three days.

In a clash over freedom of speech, who was free to speak, and what they were free to say, Kneecap on Trial captures but a small instance in the ongoing global solidarity with the Palestinian people.
