Joined by his loyal friend, Harriet Bettina the Third, a rather important bee with a very impressive name, Dax sets off across meadows and countryside paths in search of the tiny pink flowers. Along the way, they discover other beautiful plants and realise that some of nature’s rarest treasures should be admired and protected rather than picked.

When they finally find the precious Deptford Pink growing in the meadow, Dax realises that preserving this wildflower is far more important than decorating a waistcoat. Instead, he finds inspiration in the cheerful and abundant Red Campion, proving that creativity and kindness can blossom together.
