Description
This remarkable dolls’ house, created in the 1930s by local craftspeople and artists, has been a highlight of the Burford Tolsey Museum since 1960. Modelled on a notable Burford residence and furnished with meticulous eighteenth‑century detail, it remains one of the museum’s most popular exhibits, especially with visiting families.
This short guide includes detailed colour photographs of the original rooms, selected furniture and household items, and all twelve of the resident dolls.
