Description
In 2021 my sister Stephanie and I embarked on a road trip across Australia with our mother Kay. We didn’t want to put her in a home so decided to do something different. Very different. We wanted to give her adventures, love and happiness while she could still enjoy it all.
This is a diary of our journey together and a story of our experience with dementia and the ways we dealt with the ever-changing world dementia brings. It is also a story of love, family, joy and community.
