Each of the 47 images is accompanied by three soul searching questions, two affirmations and a healing message from the Crystal Skulls themselves (on the facing page). The book is spiral bound so that you can stand it up and keep it open whilst looking at the image during your meditation, healing or channeling session should you wish.
