But Captain Barnaby and his helicopter bears are not on vacation. Instead, they’ve been called up on a top secret mission of international importance and must pass it by. In a few minutes, they will be landing at Odiham Royal Air Force Base—along with their own Bell 205 rescue helicopter—aboard an amazing rapid strategic delivery aircraft known as the C-17.

They will also be taking the next big step in their flight training: the CRM class. What is CRM? It stands for Crew Resource Management. But it is really a crash course on how to identify your mistakes before you make them, just in time to avoid them. Is that really possible? Let’s hope so.
