Twelve years ago, my mother, a powerful chaos witch, walked out on me and my twin brother.

We didn’t hear another word out of her until a vampire saunters into my brother Nick’s bar wanting me to track her down. She’d disappeared into thin air, again, and he insists that I’m the only one who can find her.
